MandeTech LLC (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

• Order information: your name, email, phone number (if provided), shipping address and the items you buy. We need this to fulfill your order.
• Payment information: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Messages: what you send through our contact form.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited), kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To process and ship orders, send order and shipping emails, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We don't sell your personal information, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Cookies and local storage

Your browser stores your cart and theme preference locally on your device. We don't use tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our email provider (order emails), and shipping carriers (delivery).

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 7 years).
