Shipping & local pickup

We ship from Michigan to all 50 US states, and many items can be picked up locally for free.

Local pickup

Choose Local pickup at checkout. It's free. After you pay, we'll contact you to arrange a time and share the pickup address. Some items, usually large or fragile ones, are local pickup only, as marked on their listing. Michigan sales tax applies to pickups.

Processing time

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Options

Standard (3–5 business days): flat rate shown at checkout.
Expedited (1–2 business days): flat rate shown at checkout.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. All shipments are tracked and packed with care. Laptops and monitors are double-boxed.

Sales tax

We collect Michigan sales tax (6%) on orders shipped to Michigan addresses and on local pickups. Tax is calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Problems with delivery

If your package is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
