Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from MandeTech LLC, a Michigan limited liability company. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Products and condition

Most of our products are used or refurbished. We describe each item's condition honestly using our grading scale, and photos and notes in the listing take precedence over general descriptions. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the manufacturers.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars. Many items are one of a kind. If an item sells out before your payment completes, we'll cancel and fully refund that order. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

Payment and taxes

Payment is by card, processed securely by Stripe. We collect Michigan sales tax on orders shipped to or picked up in Michigan.

As-is sales, returns and warranty

Unless a listing states otherwise, items are sold as-is and all sales are final. Any return window or warranty is stated on the item's listing and order confirmation. See our shipping & pickup and returns policy pages, which are part of these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it. We aren't responsible for data left on devices you return to us. Please back up and erase them first.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
